SemiPerfumerの利用規約です。Apple標準EULAを前提に、SemiPerfumerに関する補足事項をまとめています。

利用規約（日本語）
本アプリには、Appleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。本ページの内容は、SemiPerfumerに関する補足事項です。Apple標準EULAは、Apple公式サイトで確認できます: Apple Standard EULA
1. 適用
本規約は、iOSアプリ「SemiPerfumer」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する補足的な条件を定めるものです。Apple標準EULAと本規約が矛盾する場合、適用される範囲でApple標準EULAが優先されます。
2. アプリの内容
本アプリは、香水コレクションを記録・整理・分析するためのアプリです。ユーザーは香水名、ブランド、調香師、ジャンル、季節・シーン、メモ、購入日、価格、画像、使用ログなどを保存できます。データページでは、端末内のデータから統計、ランキング、チャートを表示します。
3. ユーザーデータとバックアップ
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、ユーザーデータは基本的に端末内に保存されます。バックアップ機能を利用すると、.spfbackup ファイルを書き出し・読み込みできます。
バックアップファイルには香水データや画像が含まれる場合があります。バックアップの保存、共有、削除、管理はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。iCloud Driveなどの外部サービスを利用する場合は、そのサービス提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. アプリ内購入
無料プランでは香水を10件まで登録できます。「500件プラン」は買い切りのNon-Consumableで、登録上限を500件まで拡張します。
購入、返金、決済管理はAppleのStoreKit/App Store決済およびAppleの規約に従って処理されます。開発者はクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を受け取りません。
5. ユーザーの責任
ユーザーは、自分が入力・保存・バックアップ・共有する情報について責任を負います。第三者の権利を侵害する画像や情報、法令に違反する内容を保存・共有しないでください。
6. 免責
本アプリは、香水コレクションの整理を助けるために提供されます。表示される統計やランキングは、ユーザーが端末内に保存したデータに基づく参考情報です。
開発者は、データが失われないこと、バックアップが常に正常に復元できること、アプリが常に中断なく動作することを保証しません。重要なデータは、ユーザー自身でバックアップを作成し、適切に管理してください。
7. 変更・終了
本アプリの機能や本規約は、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページ上でお知らせします。

1. Scope
These terms provide supplemental conditions for using the iOS app “SemiPerfumer” (the “App”). If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA will control to the extent applicable.
2. App Description
The App helps users record, organize, and analyze a perfume collection. Users can save perfume names, brands, perfumers, genres, seasons, scenes, notes, purchase dates, prices, images, usage logs, and related records. The data pages display statistics, rankings, and charts generated from data stored on the device.
3. User Data and Backups
The App does not require account registration, and user data is generally stored on the device. The backup feature can export and import .spfbackup files.
Backup files may include perfume data and images. You are responsible for saving, sharing, deleting, and managing your backup files. If you use iCloud Drive or another external service, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply.
4. In-App Purchases
The free plan allows up to 10 perfume records. The “500-item plan” is a one-time Non-Consumable purchase that expands the record limit to 500.
Purchases, refunds, and payment management are processed through Apple’s StoreKit/App Store payment system and are subject to Apple’s terms. The developer does not receive credit card information or other payment details.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, save, back up, or share. Please do not save or share images or information that violate laws or infringe the rights of others.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided to help organize a perfume collection. Statistics and rankings are reference information based on data you store on your device.
The developer does not guarantee that data will never be lost, that backups will always restore successfully, or that the App will always operate without interruption. Please create and manage backups for important data.
7. Changes and Termination
The App’s features and these terms may be updated from time to time. Important changes will be posted on this page.
