SemiPerfumerは、香水コレクションを記録・整理・分析するiOSアプリです。アプリ内のデータの扱いをわかりやすく説明します。

プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

1. 基本方針

SemiPerfumer（以下「本アプリ」）は、アカウント登録なしで利用できます。開発者用のサーバーはなく、ユーザーが登録した香水データは基本的に端末内に保存されます。

本アプリには広告、トラッキング、Firebase、Google Analytics、Crashlytics、広告SDKなどの第三者解析SDKは含まれていません。開発者が、ユーザーの香水データ、メモ、画像、価格、購入日、使用ログなどを収集・閲覧することはありません。

2. アプリ内に保存される情報

ユーザーは、本アプリ内で香水名、ブランド、調香師、ジャンル、季節・シーン、メモ、購入日、価格、画像、使用ログなどを保存できます。これらの情報は、香水コレクションの表示、検索、整理、統計、ランキング、チャート表示のために端末内で利用されます。

3. 写真・画像について

ユーザーは、選択した写真を香水画像としてアプリ内に保存できます。また、共有画像などを写真ライブラリに保存する操作を行った場合のみ、写真への追加権限を求めることがあります。

本アプリが、ユーザーの写真ライブラリ全体を開発者へ送信することはありません。

4. データ分析機能

データページで表示される統計、ランキング、チャートは、端末内に保存されたデータをもとにアプリ内で生成されます。これらの分析結果が開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

5. バックアップファイル

本アプリには、.spfbackup ファイルを書き出し・読み込みするバックアップ機能があります。バックアップファイルには、香水データ、メモ、画像、価格、購入日、使用ログなどが含まれる場合があります。

バックアップファイルの保存先はユーザーが選択します。iCloud Drive、外部ストレージ、その他のクラウドサービスに保存した場合、その保存先の提供者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。バックアップファイルの管理、共有、削除はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。

6. アプリ内購入

本アプリの無料プランでは、香水を10件まで登録できます。アプリ内購入の「500件プラン」は買い切りのNon-Consumableで、登録上限を500件まで拡張します。

アプリ内購入はAppleのStoreKit/App Store決済で処理されます。開発者は、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。購入、返金、決済管理にはAppleの規約が適用されます。

7. お問い合わせ

ユーザーがメールで問い合わせを行った場合に限り、返信のためにメールアドレスと問い合わせ本文を扱います。問い合わせ内容は、サポート対応のために必要な範囲で利用します。

8. 変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページ上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Overview

SemiPerfumer (the “App”) is an iOS app for recording, organizing, and analyzing a perfume collection. The App does not require account registration. There is no developer-operated server, and user data is generally stored on the user’s device.

The App does not include ads, tracking, Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect or view your perfume data, notes, images, prices, purchase dates, usage logs, or similar records.

2. Information Saved in the App

You may save perfume names, brands, perfumers, genres, seasons, scenes, notes, purchase dates, prices, images, usage logs, and related information in the App. This information is used on your device to display, search, organize, analyze, rank, and chart your perfume collection.

3. Photos and Images

You may choose photos and save them in the App as perfume images. The App may request permission to add images to your photo library only when you take an action such as saving a share image.

The App does not send your photo library to the developer.

4. Analytics Inside the App

Statistics, rankings, and charts shown in the data pages are generated inside the App from data stored on your device. These analytics are not sent to a developer-operated server.

5. Backup Files

The App provides backup export and import using .spfbackup files. A backup file may include perfume data, notes, images, prices, purchase dates, usage logs, and related records.

You choose where to save backup files. If you save them to iCloud Drive, external storage, or another cloud service, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply. You are responsible for managing, sharing, and deleting your backup files.

6. In-App Purchases

The free plan allows up to 10 perfume records. The “500-item plan” is a one-time Non-Consumable in-app purchase that expands the record limit to 500.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and App Store payment systems. The developer does not receive credit card numbers or other payment information. Purchases, refunds, and payment management are handled under Apple’s terms.

7. Support Requests

If you contact support by email, your email address and message body will be handled only as needed to respond to your request.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Important changes will be posted on this page.
